Okay, unless you're literally a typing tub of Crisco (which I'm guessing you're not), we all should have SOME SORT of fitness plan. What's yours?
Aerobic: Occasionally swimming, but mostly running. I run about 1.25 miles a day, but plan to walk for 4 miles in the morning as well.
Strength: Sit-ups and Pushups FTL. They're IMPOSSIBLE! So instead, I'm lifting weights. My current record is 50 "lifts" with my pair of 5-pound barbells.
Flexibility: This is sort of a hard one to practice. Normally, I set a timer for two minutes and stretch as far as I can for that time period
Diet: I have about 1700 calories a day, 400 going to meat, 400 going to fruits and veggies, and 700 on "other" (dairy, bread, sweets, ect.)
I know, it's kinda wimpy, but I've always been the "great indoorsman". I'm just doing this for my personal fitness merit badge :D
