Do you believe in karma?

I guess there is such a think, but not in the sense of 'reward'. More like comfort? I can't figure out the right word.

Well I believe in God and if u do good things he will reward u with heaven...heaven is the ultimate Karma.

funny story, me and my friends stole a dollar lighter from the store the other day. you know how they say karma will get back at you 100x worse? well the next day we were going to go and pay the rent, we go to get the money for the money order, and there is a hundred dollars missing from my buddies wallet. so do i believe in karma? no i dont. i do believe in a gang of 3 inch tall elves that go around stealin crap from people when they do bad stuff though...

As far as Karma goes, it's been good for me. I'm not one of the greatest people in the world. But life has been going good for me and I'm happy with life because I do what I can and do what I do. I harm no one and, thus, I'm not harmed.

Karma exists; but I'm not sure if it exists in such a mystical sense as much as it does as a means of avoiding confrontation and bad situations.
