despite the rumor, the taurine in the energy drinks are taken from those uh... sources :|

personally i used to chug down like 3 cans a day for about a month, but then i found new drinks: apple juice, orange juice, and sprite :O

My bestfriend got me into Monster over the summer... I thought it was ok, but I don't drink it anymore because it's unhealthy for cross-country runners and I need to stay on top of my game if I want to stay on varsity right? lol:rofl:
