i have always enjoyed the metal gear solid soundtracks. the LoZ OoT one was good too. to this day i still get those damn sungs stuck in my head,

Either Guilty Gear or Metal Gear Solid. They both have incredible soundtracks.

I don't know whether or not this counts, but Brawl actually had an amazing soundtrack. It had great songs from loads of games and a lot of them werer remade and orchestrated.

Other than that, The Ace Attourney series has some catchy tunes and Katamari just won't get out of my head >3

Especially Symphonia, Abyss, and Vesperia~ They have some very epic boss themes...
