PS3 Memory

I've been playing a lot of GTA, CoD4, Ratchet and Clank, Guitar Hero, Resident Evil 5 Demo, blah blah blah.

So before I turned it off, I wanted try Playstation Home. When I try to download it, a message pops up saying I need more room. I check my free space and see I have 36GB left over (I have the 60GB). I don't get it. Is there like another set of memory that holds all the installments of games or something? I'm pretty sure Playstation Home takes up less than 50MB.

So can someone help me out?

You need like 5GB for reserved Home Data

Try deleting like 1 thing and try it again
