Mostly. The only thing that i think is cheap is the prophet. After I upgraded all his stuff and built 2 bases worth of warehouses, i managed to destroy the enemy singlehandedly. they had 3 vultures too :o Plus you can just immediately go to their base and kill any forces they have w/ the prophet right at the beginning of the game
