Basically a browser based Quake 3 Arena that is F2P. Made by ID Software. If any of you question Quake 3's greatness: what do you think your favorite games are made from (engine): (Source games, Call of Duty 4/WaW, etc.)
Anyways, right now beta codes are in major demand. I got my code finally after 5 months. If you ask I don't have a invite right now.
Basically my experience so far: Graphics are much better than the original Q3A. All the original Quake 3 levels are in game and have different names. And as of now there are Q2, Quake, and community map ports that are brand new to Quake 3. What is odd is that somehow the graphics are better than the original. Since it is all browser based you have to launch it from your browser of choice. (IE/FF)
To get around it, I made a firefox link on the desktop, changed the icon to the Q3A high res icon, and just named it Quake Live.
But yeah, here is a video.

Stupid disclosure agreement makes me not want to make a video or give my username in fear of being banned. (It's already happened to other people.)
