Yes, i can see what you're saying. They were made to entertain, and i suppose it takes different things to entertain the general public then a few years back. Haha, maybe its just me who hasn't changed. Stuck with the same values I had a while back i suppose.

Not at all. People are too pretentious and sensitive about these kind of things nowadays. Even with MW2 and that airport terrorist scene; such things happen. They won't go away if you just remain ignorant about it. Plus, it sets the scene more than anything else; it's good writing (and marketing!).

A guy in that video makes an interesting point about the shock factor. The first Modern Warfare had the scene where the nuke goes off, so this could be an attempt to one-up that.
