The Day Runescape Died... 12-10-07

Ehh, I don't think that that was a very big ending thing for me. I quit at 95 about 2 months before that happened. It just got dumb the way their customer support was horrible and the way they handled things. The only contact between JAGeX and the people that play Runescape was and still is the money that members pay. Other than that, JAGeX hardly ever listens. Half of the Runescape community are •••••••s, too, which didn't make me like Runescape anymore. Then they killed staking, PKing, and merchanting. You can't give people presents or let them borrow things anymore. Its just dumb.

They got rid of staking as 70% of big stakers sold they're stuff either to friends irl, or on Ebay. They killed merchanting as all it did was cause everything to go up in price. I don't know why they killed PKing, but I'm happy they did, as I can do clues etc in the wild and RC without any trouble. Also, almost every pure I met was a cocky jackass.

ya that made alot of people mad i never played rs much but i used to go pking on my pker account when they added that bounty hunter thing i just stopped and said runescape sucks

Now i think Runescape is a wast of time...
I know some may not see it the way i do but its true...
What does it do for you? It dont get you noware in life....
Now playing games on your DS and Wii and other systems...
Thats all the same but you can learn from your gaming systems, you can learn how they work! (open them up and look in side.) But you cant do that with runescape...

Depends on how you play it. Before I started playing RS, I couldn't type for my life. Now my grammar is well good.

Funny. They're rioting in a game. Similar to the ACWW warfare going on.

If you want to riot, go outsite the RuneScape headquarters and riot! Don't do it on an online game >.> If people are still online, they're still getting paid. If people gather in large groups and riot, they're getting paid even more!

I guess I shouldn't expect anything from RuneScape members =/ They are playing RuneScape afterall xP

About 2 hours after the updates causing everyone to aparently quit, a guy threw a brick through a window at Jagex HQ, he got arrested :\ Plus everyone just gets muted for rioting anyway >_>

That's not a riot, that's just stupid (though funny). If you go on a 1 man mission and throw a brick, it doesn't really do anything. A riot/protest is something that'll change their minds. Though I bet most RuneScapers don't get out of their houses often. lol
