I think they're great. PS3 is the only system that got online right. (Don't get me wrong, XBL is great, but I'd rather not pay for things I could get for free.)
Although IMO PSP kinda sucks unless you haxx the crap out of it. Not enough good games.
Sony, like Microsoft, is an amazing company. They have expanded like there's no tomorrow and have excelled in a lot of areas. So not only do they produce many many products, but they're actually good (I said good, not the best).
I think they are kinda evil but not as eviel as mirosoft Nintendo is the only one not evil but they are staring to heading that way. Sony has good games, systems, TVs, ect.
Being a digital entertainment company, there is ONE thing that they know how to do above all else: Use media media formats to their advantage. From the CD on the PS1 to the DVD on the PS2 to the UMD on the PSP to Blu-Ray on the PS3, Sony has allowed innovative games to grace their systems with these formats.
Not that their first-party offerings AREN'T awesome.
Like Brad said, Sony have expanded hugely. I liek ther Tv's
But as previously mentioned, you've got to hack the •••• out of your PSP for it to be decent, and firmware and software emulate h4xx crap confuses most people.
They're not the best, but certainly not the worst company when it comes to making fresh, new titles that will be enjoyed for a long period of time. By the way, whatever happened to Crash Bandicoot? I miss him :(
personally i don't like sony all that much...
i only play the ps2 because of star wars battlefront and star wars battlefront 2. those games are addicting...
but thise games weren't even produced by sony they were made by lucas arts...
