Which would be the better deal?

So I have finally decided that I want to get a 360, now I'm trying to find the best deal for one. I found 2 different ones that are pretty good on Ebay, but I'm not sure which is better. I think the Elite is the better deal, but tell me what you think:

Choice 1: Xbox 360 Elite - New in Box
$300 plus $10 S&H
In the picture of the box, it shows a sticker on the box that says it comes with two games, but it seller didn't say anything about it in the description. I am going to ask about this.
Seller: Has 100% feedback, 19 ratings.

Choice 2: Xbox 360 Premium - New in Box (Well, it says 'This unit is an open box product, in original packaging, perfectly working unit, non refurbished with up to a one year warranty.' but I think that means new[?])
$249.99 plus $29 S&H
Seller: Has 98.2% feedback, 747 ratings.

-the elite has a 120GB hard drive, the premium only has a 20GB hard drive
-the elite also comes with HDMI cables
-i have also heard that the elite gets the 'red ring of death' less often. I have only gotten once and I have had it for over a year.
-unless you plan on downloading a ton of stuff i would go with the premium

-also see what games are available for the elite, they might be crap games.

regular prices:
elite: $449.99+$120 (2 games) = $569.99
premium: $349.99

Unless you're going to download more than 20GB of stuff, get the Premium. If money isn't an issue, than Elite for sure since it looks better and has more memory.

plus the price is a little more fair for the second choice

if the seller wont tell you much there must be a defect in it
or not but most of the time they dont want to describe it if it has an error or something

Yeah, I probably won't be downloading tons, because I have only downloaded 3 games for my Wii and have had it since Christmas '06. I think I'll probably be getting the Premium.

That's a very good choice. You'll probably end up filling 10-15GB of stuff, since there's DLC, movies, TV Shows, and XBLA games.

I think that the 360 version is a better choice. They both cost the same price, sure Rock Band Wii has the 5 bonus songs but they are all available as DLC on 360. With online play, DLC, and better graphics I'd get it for 360. The online play is what sells it for me.
