Yeah but that does nothing basically. They made 4.0 but that added nothing for the people that know how to customize it.

I think you can download themes from the PS3 right onto it's hard drive.

I made none of these themes but I hear there rather easy to make.
Might need to know a few things though.

Umm... I don't use PTF Themes... Lol, I only use CTF's or Flash0 themes
