I had no idea this rumour was still going around, but once in awhile people still ask me if it will be on the 360, and when it will be released. Allow me to squash it once and for all. Guys, it not simply a matter of whether or not it will be, it's a matter of whether or not it can be. Put simply, the game is far to advanced for the 360 to handle.
MGS4 takes up one dual layer Blu-Ray disc. That's 50 gb. That means it would have to be spread out on 5 discs for it to go on the 360 (Less if layered). Not to mention this is the first game to actually take more than 50% of the PS3's power to run it. That means it would take one and a half Xbox 360's to run the game.
I'm sorry to anyone that still believed this will happen for some reason, and that I'm the one to have to be the one to the stamp down this rumour once and for all. But It's not simply a matter of it being an exclusive, it's a matter of it being impossible. Halo 3 on the PS3 is more likely to happen than this, simply because the PS3 could handle Halo 3.

This is why I bought a PS3, because 360 doesn't have blu-ray nor dose it have the power of the PS3. I also love the controller lol, yeah Metal Gear Solid 4 is a awesome game but 360 would never be able to handle it.
