The Naruto games have been quite unsuccessful. They are just 2D arena games like the first Mortal Combat.

1. Nope, the Naruto games, like most other anime games, have been quite successful. It doesn't matter what kind of game it is, Naruto fans will keep buying and buying, which is why it's spawned so many sequels.

2. Don't post if you don't know what you're talking about, I suggest you look at the video the thread maker provided in the first post. This is not 2D man. In fact, the only 2D games (not counting ninja council) are the Naruto Ultimate Ninja Series (excluding this one) because Clash of Ninja isn't 2D either. So, like I said, no what you're talking about.

And I'm probably getting, depends how much money I still have because if you haven't realized yet October is like possibly the best month in gaming history, with all these games coming out. Would list them, but don't wanna go to off topic.

I hate Naruto with a passion, but I still think this game is pretty good. (Plus, Neji's in it).
I have played the demo, and I like what I saw. My friend, a Naruto fan, has a PS3 and will definitely buy this.
