I'm planning on selling my
Wii nad purchasing another consoles particularly because I seem to enjoy online and a wider hardcore game selection (I desperately want Re5). The Xbox 360 seems like the best choice for me as it offers tons of enjoyable games and has a solid, and from what I have heard, the best online gaming cababilities (COD4, Halo 3, GOW just to name a few great online games).
The Xbox 360 Arcade recently got another price drop, it now costs less than a
Wii. I was looking into reviews and saw that as would be expected, there are some negatives to getting the cheapest Xbox 360 version. The lack of a harddrive was one of the main negatives that kept popping up. Also, the lack of the system to be able to play Xbox games was said (although this hardly concerns me).
Do you really think the Xbox 360 Arcade is a good choice even though it may be lacking in some areas? Is it going to ruin the experience or is it just a minor incovenience? From what I understand, certain demos and vdeos can't be seen. I personally don't plan to want to upgrade my system after buying it, that would be extremely frustrating. Do think this is going to really tarnish the experience or is it still a good buy?
