Green = B
Red = Right D-Pad
Yellow = A
Blue = 1
Orange = 2
Whammy = shake the wiimote up and down

no i mean u can play split screen. but u can only have 1 wii mote with a guitar. like if u play split screen 1 player has guitar 1 has wii mote. what i heard is that u cant play 2 players with guitar

I don't know where you heard this but it is not true. You can use two guitars with Guitar Hero III on the Wii.
