Species Clause:
Pokémon of the same species cannot be used in the same team. same species is determined by the pokemon's number in the pokedex. ex: porygon-Z and porygon 2 in the same team would not be in violation of the species clause

The direct hacking (altering) of Pokemon though the use of Action Replay, Pokesav, or any similar device or program is strictly prohibited on Friendcodes.com. This includes altering the statistics, EVs, IVs, moves, natures, trainer ID, secret ID, ID no. or appearance of the Pokemon. As such, using and trading such hacks is also prohibited.
However, the use of the following hacks (and glitches) is permissible on Friendcodes.com
Fast Hatch – AR hack used to significantly decrease the number of steps required to hatch an egg. Does not affect Pokemon statistics, nature, moveset, or appearance in any way.
Instant Egg – AR hack used to instantly bring an egg to the daycare. Does not affect Pokemon hatched from that egg in any way.
Cloning – GTS glitch and AR hack used to create an exact duplicate of an existing Pokemon. Both the duplicated Pokemon and the original remain unchanged and unaffected by any side effects (however, GTS cloning does provide the small chance that your Pokemon will be traded off, or will disappear while performing the glitch, so use at your own risk)
Legendary Reset – AR hack used to reset the legendary Pokemon enabling the player to catch them again. The Pokemon reset by this hack are governed by the game’s random number generator, and are thus unaffected by the hack. (This does not permit you to reset Pokemon that are unavailable without an event, or without hacking a specific item.)
Random Number Generator Abuse – A computer program used to show the results of the game’s random number generator. Does not affect the Pokemon caught while using this method in any way, since the random number generator is at work in-game regardless; this just makes it visible to the player.
IV Check – An AR hack used to check the individual values (IVs) of the player’s Pokemon. Does not affect the Pokemon in any way, as it only displays the values written in the Pokemon coding.
Simple as that. By signing up, you agree that you are familiar with the tournement's rules. However, since this is a Mono-type tournament, only one element will be allowed for a team. That means, one team can only have one element. Each Pokemon in the same team must have at least one common type. If the team is a Psychic, it's acceptable to have a Fight/Psychic on the same team as a Psychic/Dark.
If a member breaks any of the above laws, the user will be automatically thrown out of the tournement. If you catch your opponent breaking any of the laws, do not hesitate telling me or xXBlastoiseXx personally on that matter. Any behavior not accepted by Friendcodes (Disturbing conduct, flaming, screaming profanities into the microphone) will also be reported. Any matters that deal with Friendcodes site rules will have a second consequence with your account as well.
Your element of choice will remain a surprise throughout the tournament. Try to keep it a secret, but if you choose to publish it, publish on.
Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver will also be accepted.
If your opponent cannot battle by the assigned deadline, the game will be considered a forefeit, and both players will have to decide who will go on, and if no one decides by the time given, neither will proceed.
Any problems/questions/inquiries, ask me or xXBlastoiseXx.
Any spamming/flaming/unrelated posts will be deleted. Don't waste my or your time.

FC: 4683-4781-3644 (now i suppose this does matter XP)
and hopefully this will get started soon :P good luck to all, once this has started. im confident enough to say this will start, otherwise this would be pointless, right? hehe I'm also the Co-Host of this tourney, if not mentioned already :P
btw bartie pops, i think its better if the battle isn't done then a randomly selected battler should advance, i mean if both of them are disqualified, that may disrupt the whole order and bracket.
Just an opinion of mine xP
