Digimon World Dawn/Dusk Special Rulings Tournament -

I've been getting bored lately and wanted to kick this dead dog back to life. I've made a new tournament to be held in about two weeks time. Anybody and everybody is welcome. We are looking for at least 8 entrants and currently have about 4. depending on the number of entrants this will be held in an elimination style or a round robin style tournament. The traits All Element and Status Barrier are banned from usage.
No Status moves may be used in the tournament and preferably should not be on the digimon being used. If a Signature move has a status effect simply do not use the move and the digimon will be permitted. Any usage of a Status move will result in automatic disqualification.
The sum total of revival moves cannot exceed 6 panels. Water of Life and Power of Love being the most commonly used example of this. However no triple revivers will be permitted and will result in disqualification.
The total of Healing moves may not exceed 5 panels. Violation of this also results in a DQ.
No repeating of offensive techniques on digimon. This means you may not have 2 Royal Slashes in use on your team in an entire match. Usage of the same move by two different digimon will result in a DQ unless one does not use it the entire match. You can switch which one uses it at the beginning of a new battle but once a digimon uses the doubled move in battle only it can use that move until the conclusion of the battle.
You cannot multiples of the same digimon on your team. Violation results in DQ.
This tournament will be held on Nov. 7th and may last over the entire weekend.
If you have issues with raising a new team with max resistances a resistance cap may be added to keep a fair competitive field.
