Any one can join, its a round robin, that means everyone will battle everyone, the wee will have a 8 player tournament bracket.
Rules:
All battles are Lv 100
You can Trade with other members
Max of 32 people in each league
We will vote on who the commisioner will be.
A different commisioner in each league
4 conferences in each league
6 player in each conference
I will make a myspace page for members
