ANOTHER UPDATE: We are getting closer and closer to the first round! If you read under the udpates you will find the official rules that you can choose from for your match. Basicly I am going to put rules you can chose from and you have to choose fairly! You both have to agree on it or use the default rules i have made. Also so is the official starting time, only in UK time UNTIL i work it out so bare with me!
UPDATE: I have added Sheik as a seperate character as you can decide between Zelda and Sheik. THE TOURNAMENT BEGINS 12TH JULY! NO MORE SIGNUPS PLEASE, IF YOU DO WANT TO SIGN UP PM ME AND I WILL SEE WHAT I CAN DO. Thanks to all the intrest that has been shown... I will be getting the brackets together and then we can all start brawling next week!

Hey guys I have decided to run my own tornament for the release of the European SSBB release!
Let me go over the basics.
I am going to list all the characters on the game below (I don't own the game I have just found them off the internet so if there are any missing please tell me) you have to choose what one you want to fight with... only 1 user per character.
This fight will truely show us who the best character on SSBB is :D

That is 35 charcters but only 32 places in the tournament! So get your character quick, before someone else signs up and takes it. When we get to 32 people no more entries will be allowed until the next tournament!
This is how it is going to work.
You sign up as the character you want to be. When we get enough people for a decent tournament (the whole 35 would be great) we will start the matches, they will be elimination matches. All brawl's will be 2 players. The winner of that round moves up until you get to the finals. There isn't anything for the winner but you can just proove that you are the best out of the 34 other players.
If you do not get a place please do not worry, it will restart after we have finished the first tournament.
Rules:
You may only be the character you have selected
No arguing, whoever wins, wins! Do not accuse people for hacking if you loose.
All matches will be in gaming hubs so all people involved in that match may talk before hand
Starting Date:
The Starting Date for the tournament will be Saturday July 5th. On Saturday the 5th July users will start round 1. They will then have a week to get there battles on until th next sunday... when round 2 begins! If you do not have your battle the other user/character automatically wins. (That is unless you send a message to me so i can delay your battle!)
On that date all users will report to the gaming hubs set out. We will discuss what is happening (we may do this on the chat room instead, this will be updated) and go over it again. If it's easier I will put same time region people together so we don't have hassle of 'it's too late, i need to goto bed' etc.
If you want to sign up say your characters name (that you wish to be/that is not taken) and put your time zone (if you want) Then you will automatically be put onto the list.

UPDATE: People have asked me this so as i didn't make it clear i will now! American People are allowed to sign up. Anyone in the world is. It starts after the 27th because thats when I get the game so i can join in and so i have sometime to get the unlockables :D
IMPORTNAT UPDATE ALL MEMBERS WISHING TO PARTICIPATE OR SIGN UP PLEASE READ: As two users cannot make the 5th July starting date we are prosponing it (if thats not spelt right, delaying it) to the 12th July (the weekend after) This gives you opportunity to train more! I may before the official brawl tourney get us to have a few fun games but its your choice ;D Have fun!
