The Un-Official Australia / New Zealand Pokemon League
Hey everyone, I thought that now that I've got my wi-fi fixed I'd start up an Australian / New Zealand Pokemon League.
There will be 1 Primary League split into 2 Secondary Leagues and 10 Tertiary Leagues. They will be as follows.

RULES -
The tournament will be open to all trainers in Australia and New Zealand unless they are BANNED by myself or any other Tournament leader.
Sanctioned matches are to be arranged with your division head with the following information:

After the match has been approved it will go ahead at the arranged time and date, when the match has concluded a match report must be filled to the division head by both trainers giving the information on who won who lost. Inconsistent information will lead to disqualification of both trainers if an agreement cannot be made.
Tertiary Matches will be held on a weekly basis, Secondary Matches will be held from every second month by arrangement with the division head, Primary Matches will be held from November – January and will be arranged with myself.
Tertiary Matches are round robin, to qualify for a Secondary Match you must have been involved in at least 20 Sanctioned Matches as your base score is decided by the formula ((A-B)/C)*100*C where A is Matches Won, B is Matches Lost and C is total matches (This gives you a plus or minus number which will be the basis of your rank
(after your first match you will therfore be ranked either 100 or -100)).
To qualify for a Primary Match you must be ranked between 1st and 4th in your Secondary Division. Primary Matches will be played out
A 2(1) – 3(8)
B 2(2) – 3(7)
C 2(3) – 3(6)
D 2(4) – 3(5)
E 3(1) – 2(8)
F 3(2) – 2(7)
G 3(3) – 2(6)
H 3(4) – 2(5)
At the end of Round 1, the Bottom 8 Trainers will be ranked into their Australia / New Zealand League Position and dropped from the tournament. Round 2 will continue as such and this pattern will follow until one trainer remains.

The main rules of the tournament are as follows.
No Hacked Pokemon
No Un-released or Glitch Pokemon
Pokemon Teams must consist of at least 4 Pokemon
Only Sanctioned matches count for points towards championship.
Matches between the same two trainers may or the same small group of trainers cannot make up more then 1/4 of your total match number.
Creating inconsistent match information for the purpose of fraudulently removing losses from your record will result in being BANNED.
If you believe that you have been unfairly banned please send an appeal to myself at the email listed below.
LEADERS -
The current leader of all divisions is myself but I will part with the job to anyone who volunteers themselves, I will remain head of Divisions 1 and 2a as these are my home divisions. New Leaders will be posted here as they are elected/chosen/picked randomly
