i wouldnt say i hate them. i hate the ones that make the game less fun by using cheats to never lose(example:invincability,instant win, seeds)and plus i hack for good

If they do whatever they want offline, fine, but as soon as they head online and ruin the game for others thats where I start hating.

300cc, blue shells.. suck online.

But some codes like the live replay ghost (thanks to BDash) are very helpful, it let's you replay your fastest time on any circuit in a live perspective

OK, Now that's just mean. I've never hacked at a game, and never will. It completely ruins the WHOLE experience- all those users who are new to the game (or most of them at least) would disconnect! You do not know how P'd I am.
