Dry bones with the quaker the Magikrusier is probablly better but i love ducks and the quaker has very good acceleration. For big bikes i use my big mii or funky kong with the flame runner or spear depending on the course.

I like Rosalina/mii/peach on mach bike
i just can't do anything else without feeling loss of control :O

(but i still have to unlock rosalina)

During Worldwide Races: I use Dry Bones and the standard bike.
During Worldwide battles I use my Mii(heavy weight) and Standard Bike.

And I rarely lose
