Ok im changing my answer I think the best racer is Mariomaniac64 even if I become better then him which I probably will never know beacuse we can never have a 1 vs 1 he`ll still be the best to me :D

Well, maybe I'm up there. I've got 9999 on two licenses. Plus I'm very versatile with all vehicles (Except the Daytripper, Sugarscoot, Piranha Prowler and Phantom). I may not be the best but I'm pretty damn good at the game.
