It was a little cheap, invisibility, high offroad, steal items. Nintendo thought it was cheap. It's better than the Thunder Cloud imo.

Ehhh, I don't really care if they do. I didn't care much for the Boo item in MKDS so I wouldn't care if they added it in an upcoming Mario Kart game.
