how can tell if its a hacker on mario kart wii?

i mean i checked how to find out and it came out fine but it still gets me because sometimes i meet a hacker even though that person dont have a deformed mii or have a fancy name with symbols on them. when i checked, its possible that its a hacker when it has a fancy name w/ symbols or a deformed mii or even both. so does anyone know how can i tell if its a hacker or not?

The way I can tell is that when I enter the race and see a Bullet Bill item is rapidly active throughout the entire race, which enforce me to quit the race and gain some bonus points by disconnect the connection of Wi-Fi of the whole race to be separated.

Another thing might be too much explosion of Blue Shells to make things harder to be in 1st place, which makes me hear throughout the whole track since its sounds like war in the race and too much Star to use to keep them invincible on winning in Battle Mode.

how can there be bonus points when disconnecting? it feels like its impossible when i tried that but i didnt gain anything. it just stays as it was.
