How do you unlock the Mii? - 04-20-08

Is it time trials, Grand Prix or both?

I've done around 12 time trials and unlocked the expert ghosts in each of them...

You need to win the 100cc Special Cup to unlock Mii Outfit A. To unlock Mii Outfit B, you need to unlock all of the expert ghosts.
