Having Trouble with Setups..

I need to know whats recommended in MKWii. For the Characters, Karts, Bikes, Controls, and Auto/Manual. What do you use?

I like to use King Boo but after playing for awhile I started to suck, I went from 8255VR down to 6589VR

Then I quit for awhile but I wanted to start playing again.

Bike: I Don't use them
Controls: Gamecube
Auto/Manual: Manual

Going from 8255VR down to 6589VR is a really big drop. Are you sure you didn't just have a bad streak?

Well I don't know not to long ago me and my friends were playing and having fun and I kept losing... man I need help

For me, I mainly use these characters for most races.
Character: Dry Bones
Kart: Don't use them
Bike: Bullet Bike
Always Manuel

The bullet bike is an excellent bike with a very high speed, mini-turbo and drift stat. Overall, it's a very fast bike.

Character: Yoshi
Kart: Don't use
Bike: Mach Bike
Always Manuel

The Mach Bike has very similar stats to the bullet bike. The bullet has slighty better acceleration, drift, and miniturbo, but the Mach Bike makes it up for its increased weight. Whenever I'm in a Grand Prix, and I get too bumped around, and switch to the Mach Bike, and it's a bit more stable.

These bikes both have IN drift, you have to get used to them for a while before you can actually benefit from them. It's worth it though, these two bikes are the renowned speed bikes. For characters, there are some very miniscule stat changes, but they don't make much of a difference, so feel free to choose whoever you want.

That's the best set-up in Mario Kart Wii.

Bike: Bullet Bike, Mach Bike
Kart: Don't use them. Speed sucks...
Controls: Wii Wheel all the way!
Auto/Manual: Manual for races and auto for battles

Trust me on these, I've been using them from the start, and my VR hasn't dropped below 9300 for a month. Basically, I RARELY use karts, but when I do I use the Wild Wing. The Bullet and Mach Bikes are great mostly because of there speed and drifting ability.
