What's the worst thing that can happen in a wi-fi race?

Anyway, I voted getting hit RIGHT before the finish line. At a library near where I live they hold gaming events every month, and a few years ago they had "Mario Kart: Double Dash!!" as a GT game, and I would win most of the time, but in key games, that would happen to me and it was so exasperating! >_>

Then one time, the other top contender, it was in the finals with a trip win bout (First to three wins), and I was in second behind him in Daisy Cruiser, and I was almost about to just stop racing because, but something made me keep going (most likely just to finish the race for Sportsmanship's sake =P) and as I got to the final stairs, I see a Blue Shell whizz past me, and I was thinking *YES, OMGOOSES, YES* and it hits him, an INCH (real life inch, btw) in front of the finish, and because he had Bowser's Kart, with 1 star of Accel, I got first. that was the first time it happened to him also, I was glad someone else knew how it felt. As mean as that sounded. =P xD

I guess the main reason I don't care about the Items, is that that's what Mario Kart is all about, just like getting a random Crit that let's you win in Pokémon, it's just part of the game. So perhaps I've never got "item owned" as badly as others, but I don't think it's more so worse the DD IMO.

I do hate shells right before the finish line but thats just part of the game. On the other hand hackers can make it IMPOSSIBLE to win a match and just ruin the fun so yes hackers.

Getting a dissconnect. Makes you get last place auotomatically which makes you lose a hole chunk of VR. Another one is just wrong ._.". Playing a coin runners match with you VS 4 other people. You get killed ><". Getting blue shelled is annoying and getting spammed by red shells.

I would say hackers everytime I face one (about 7 times now) I want to just strangle them. If they had used the time it took to hack the game, and used it to practice racing, they probably would be one of the top racers.

Yes, and yes. I've lost 500 VR in one day, and another 500 the next day from just disconnections. I get the cursed error code 91010. I'm taking a long break from Wifi, even with ghost races I get the error code and lose the ghost race. Just, horrible. Just when I was about to hit 8000 I drop back down to 7000.

You should really tell nintendo this.Because I've just about had it too.It's hard enough to lose a ton of BR when I have horrible teammates and items.But when the entire game stops at the end, and I'm still playing, I'm forced to shut the Wii off but it counts as a dissconnect which is so unfair.Because, I'm still driving and playing when THE TIME IS UP!!

This has happened twice so far, and since it's made me go even farther away from 8500 BR goal I pretty much gave up on it.

My BR was 8200 but now it's down to 7000.
