Flower cup: DK Summit.
Star cup: Daisy's Circuit.
Special cup: Moonview Highway.

Shell cup: N64 Mario Raceway.
Banana cup: GCN Waluigi Stadium
Leaf Cup: GBA Bowser's Castle 3/N64 DK Jungle Parkway.
Lightning cup: N64 Bowser's Castle.

For the star of awesomeness, it's Maple Treeway. Woot!
For the Crown of stupidity (that's why it's called Special, right?) it's Bowser's Castle.
For the STUPID Koopa shell (The red ones are the smart shells =P) it's SNES Ghost Valley 2.
For the slippery yellow thing it's GCN Waluigi Stadium.
For the leaf that oddly gives you the ability of a flippin' Tanooki, GCN Mario Circuit.
And last, but not least, the thing that zaps people harshly. That's SNES Mario Circuit 3.
