Why did this weeks season start on Tuesday, and it is apparently ending on tomorrow, Tuesday? Is this permanent or will it go back to normal next week?

I like starting the season on Monday.

I first noticed this last week. I don't mind, as the time has been moved to 2am for the season change-over, but I don't like starting the new season on a Tuesday. It just feels too weird.
