But, really, I just don't think that Cowboy Bebop can explore enough concepts in just a movie. The characters are made to develop over time, and things feel very gradual and smooth in the episodes, with a certain level of attachment to the characters - probably because you just get accustomed to their presence and begin to feel for them. With a movie, you have to get in with the plot and get out with a conclusion. It feels too detached, which is why films are so heavily critiqued as compared to TV shows. This must be why you never see a TV actor becoming a movie star...Weird.
