Which anime should I watch?

Samurai Champloo & Seirei No Morbito. I suggest watching them both in Japanese with English subtitles. I believe Veoh has most of the Seirei No Moribito episodes.

Some animation movies I'd recommend are Hayao Miyazaki's films. [Howl's Moving Castle, The Cat Returns, Kiki's Delivery Service, Spirited Away, ect.]

I suggest watching Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles, xxxHolic (Pronounce just "holic"... it has no porn btw), Chobits (slightly perverted, but funny), Fruits Basket, Ouran High School Host Club, Ah My Goddess.
