This is a simple how to make a deck from the most recent pack raging battle.
By spending less then 20$ or so. You can make a simple Deck. yes it'll cost some money but hey money revolves around everything doesn't it.
You might need to buy certain decks or packs to get specific cards, but you can also subsitute it with cards that have somewhat of the same effect to give it an extra kick.

What's the tactic: The tactic of this deck is to summon the syncro monster Sea Dragon.
The Black Wings do most of the work the other cards are in there for protection and beat down. Since most of the Koaki'Meiru have large amounts of atk(Doom is a lv 3 with 1700 and Guardian is 4 with 1900) they are a great choice to start off with, however you need Iron ball, since this deck doesn't have it you have to reveal a specific attribute. So having duplicates of them are an excellent choice so you won't have to reveal any other specific cards.
Black Wing Combo:Now for the black wings spefic strategy. Place Black Whirlwind to the field summon shura now activate the effect of Whirlwind. This allows you to select one Black wing from your deck with
less atk then the summoned black wing. Select Kualt.
Shura already has 1800 atk points making him a nice selection to start off with.
Set trap stun. Your opponent summons luster dragon or any monster ith 1800+. A perfect example is Pyramid Turtle if he attacks he can special summon a monster with 2000 defense or less. Now He summons say Red Eyes Zombie dragon. Having 2400 attack. He attacks activate Kualt's special ability which givea a black wing card 1400 extra attack points making Shura 3200. Destroies Red Eyes. Activate Shura's effect and special summon Blizzard. Activate Blizzard's effect and special summon Kualt from your grave yard.
Your opponent sets a card. Your turn. Syncro Summon Sea Dragon. Sea Dragon's special ability activates. he has an atk of 2300 but when a three star monster is sent to the graveyard its atk becomes 3000(not bad for a 5 star monster)
Now the card you drew during your turn is Rock Stone warrior. In your hand lies. Shura, Fake feather, Swallow Nest, and Trap Stun.
You attack but your opponent activates Mirror force. Activate Trap Stun Which negates all trap cards for this turn. I have still not figured out if it works in this situation but if it does, your opponents mirror force is now gone.
But non the less you activate trap stun before you attack you deal 4100 points of damage.
You end your turn by setting Trap stun
Your opponent is already way behind on LP. Also you already have a 2300 atk monster. The only way your opponent can counter is by either playing
- Megamorph or an equip card that has high ATK boost.
- Special Summons a high atk monster from the grave yard
- Gains Control of the monster
- Destroies the mosnter
If these condtions were to occur and the syncro is destroied that is what the Wicked Rebirth De-Syncro combo will do.
Snow man eater is a good man eater bug. It has 1900 def and is a three stared monster, but can only destroy face up.
Valfar is an excellent beat stick its an 8 stared monster with 3000 attack. However if you sacrifice a koki'meiru you only need one tribute!
However it can only stay for one turn because it needs Iron ball to stay longer.
But that's what Book of moon/Compulsary's effect is for.
Morphonic Combo:Now for the Morphonic. Though there is only 2 morphonics its combo is pretty good.
Having Morphonic videon and Morphonic repair unit you can easily use it as a special summon to summon two monster's to your side of the field not to mention that Videon gets an 800 power boost depending on the position it is in for every equipped card. With Morphonic Bind it can halt any monster that is level 4 or greater and is unable to change postions or attack, with Grave of the Super Organism it can halt any effect or attack of any level 6 or higher special summoned monsters.
This combo pretty much makes the opponent have to stop there tracks for a turn or so. Having Trap stun can help it against specific cards, but also can ruing the chain. Having giant turnade is useful just incase if the opponent has any face downs and you can also protect your combo.
As you can see there are NO staple cards. Only Magic Cylindar.
The Koaki are just there for beat down. They really have no strategy until you get Iron ball of Koaki'meiru(which is rare)
Problem with the deck: The problem that is with this deck is the half and half deck. This is half monsters and half everything else. T You have to get really lucky roll and hope to get the black wing combo to keep yourself in the game for awhile.
Koaki'Meiru: the problem with these guys are if you don't have iron ball or the specific attribute it is destroyed in the end phase use it in a situation you know it needs to be done.
