SpongeBob study: Do fast-paced cartoons impair kids' thinking?

I'm sure everyone has watched an episode of Spongebob. But:

    Your thoughts?

I think they need to do a study for Jersey Shore

I just think they have nothing else to write about. They've conducted studies on shows before, and it's pretty much a waste of time. Spongebob has been on for a long time, they've had fast-paced episodes back then, and the kids who watched them are probably in college right now. Fast-paced episodes are here today, so I don't see how they can affect kids today. Improved graphics? Better coloring? Hi-definition? Please, it's just a waste of time, in my opinion.
And they should do a study on Jersey Shore. Back in middle school when I was there (a year ago), I'd hear alot of people talk about it. Those people were the ones getting bad grades and phone calls home.

There have been test like this in Japan and it does affect your brain functionality. Ways to fix it though it focus on one thing, like Juggling.

Spongebob starting airing when I was 5, right as I was starting school. I've made generally good grades without any impairment. I'm pretty sure most kids around my age grew up with Spongebob.
