Aren't walkthroughs and Playthroughs essential the same thing?

Depends playthroughs could be us trying the game for the first time meaning we wouldnt know what the hell we are doing :P where as a walkthrough would be us doing a game we know well telling people what to do and doing it in the most efficient way. Playthroughs way more enjoyable to watch and would be funny where as walkthroughs are just straight to the point complete the game fastest way possible.
