Silent Hill 2 : Revelation 3D

Silent hill 2 is releasing on Halloween i believe, I like the first movie of silent hill and i still dont understand the ending but i thought the mother and the daughter were dead at the end of the movie, Sense they were sprits. I guess the Daughter didnt die sense shes on the 2nd movie but alitte older. I think this movie is going to be good, looking for to this movie.

The first movie is so confusing, i dont think they died or did they,

Okay, in the game : The father and the daughter are heading on vacation when they see a cop speeding off. I do no recall if they wrecked or what but the father wakes up alone in his car, and his daughter is no where to be found.
In the first movie, they changed the protagonist to a female and had her and their daughter going to Silent Hill because of "night terrors" she was having.
(Note: In the game and movie, she is an orphan.)

In the game, Harry is going around finding where his daughter is and collects information about her past.
In the movie, same concept.

In the first GAME, PYRAMID HEAD WAS NOT IN IT. OMG. IT'S THE SECOND ONE.
I HATED how they snuck him in, just because he is a known icon. He first appeared in Silent Hill 2 as James Sutherland's "revenge for killing his own wife" as the form of Pyramid Head. There is also other sexual frustrations theme along with it but it is not appropriate.

The little girl, their daughter, is a "reincarnation" of Aleysse.(SP)
Apparently in that town, the girl was "burned alive" because she was a child born under wedlock and that was not allowed.
So, they burned her alive. It was either her or the child's mother that was a witch, and they split her soul into three parts.
1. The burnt child in the bed, 2. the one you see giving you trouble in the game, 3. The little girl that is lost.

In the movie, they rescue the little girl but they are stuck in the "other world".
In the games, the transition from the real world to the "other" world was made clearer, they shown it in the movie by playing the annoying siren.

Silent Hill is a survivor horror and they did a great job of creating a "thinking" game.
There are multiple endings to each of the installments, so watch what you do if you ever play o3o
