Thank you in advance

It's very rare to find anything good for free that's not illegal, haha. All the big programs, such as FL Studio, Reason, Sony ACID Pro, etc. all cost a hefty sum. FL Studio is what I would recommend, though it is very expensive. (Over $400 for the best edition, I believe)

You can download a fully functional demo of FL Studio though. Most or all it's features work in the demo too, except the only thing is you can't save your projects. Still, it's pretty good since it's free.

Download

You can download the demo there. If you're looking to really get into composition I would recommend buying a program like that when you have the money. If not, it's still fun to mess around with programs like that to see what you can come up with.

I gave you a link to a free demo of a music studio... An all inclusive demo, at that. You can make you're own music in it. I've been making music with it for a long time. The demo doesn't run out of time, either. You can use it again and again.

I feel I answered your question decently.

Based on what you're asking, you can't. A good mic costs around 300 to 400 dollars. Not to mention, you'll want a mixer and some good audio equipment. I've seen how expensive it can be, the guy I'm in a band with has over $1,500 put into his equipment. But, if you're really into music, it's REALLY worth it.

With software: It's all out of your pricerange and piracy is bad.

Dude, when I was 13 I spent $1,000 of my own money over summer. Age isn't an excuse, you can still get a job.
Also, both Jordan and Shashi answered your question. Mostly Jordan though.

$1500? In the DJ world thats like 1 Pioneer CDJ-1000 CD turntable or 2 CDJ-400s.

ADDED: Garageband on Mac is not too bad. Or you could just torrent something, it's not hard.

I want to keep my music! and I want something smal! I cant download on my good computer, I have to downlaod on a really old computer. Even if it was only a virtual guitar that you can work with, fine by me (thats the main instrement I want to use, because I want to make a really fast solo> Backing instruments are good, but guitar is all I need.)
