You fight them randomly in the same area where you fought the EX versions. But General Auriga and Apollo Flame will stay where you fought them.

What type of bosses you looking for anyway and some of them are easy to find buit you can go to gamewinners.com

they appear at random. Now I regret deleting Yeti BlizzardEX
