1)Have a bro in same team as you (Have same team name and purpose)
2)Go to end of meteor CC(warp from Alohaha by cosmowave)
3)Try to beat his 4000hp butt:rofl:

........I would very much appreciate it if someone could post the complete list of where to find all standard cards;)

First, that's wrong. Second, I can beat him without getting touched. Third, here is the right way.

At the title screen, hold L and press G Comp Star, M Comp Star, M Comp Star, SS Star, G Comp Star, S Comp Star, and Black Ace Star. He'll appear in the Meteor G Ctrl CC, which is located in the Orbital Base.
