Me Draw con Graphite

Yar...lookie. I did all these with your common writing pencil, from scratch, each based on a picture that has the featured character(s) in a similar position as drawn. As you can tell, these are all relatively old, but they take me about 90 minutes each, and I hardly find the time or the ideas to occupy that time with school going on. However, my next project is to draw Jean Reno as he appears in The Professional. Mind you, these scans are rather deceptive and misinterpret the shading in the most abhorrent manner. The textures and and lines are much smoother in the original, so don't judge my drawing style on what raw images you see here.

Anyway, have a look:













...and there are others, including one for Trigun and one for Wall-E...both of which I'm really proud of, but ImageShack is very stubborn, so maybe if anyone wants to see them, they can get on AIM and I'll send the file. Either that or someone can tell me a good method for uploading pictures without all the hassle...

EDIT: Bruce Lee should be up there, but for some reason I'm not seeing him. If anyone sees anything for a 4th image, let me know.

Well, grammatically, it wasn't meant to make sense at all, so maybe you did understand it rather than not. >_> But, yeah, Graphite's the stuff they put in your everyday writing pencil.

Hendrix and Lennon actually aren't bad scans at all...Lennon is very close to the actual drawing, and take off the spots on Hendrix and it's fine. After that, though, my scanner has just been kind of sucky, as well as ImageShack in hosting the scans...so...yeah. If anyone notices, the date on Lennon, too, you should know that that was the day he died in 1980, which I didn't figure out until I found an article (while sifting through reference pictures to do that very drawing) about the events entailing his death not too long after I started the drawing. Eerie, but cool...>_>
