help with screenshots for a sig!

I have some SSBB screenshots and I'd like to have one made into a sig. I saved them to an SD card so I could post it in a sig request shop, but I just realized that they are in a .bin format and my computer doesn't have any way of opening them. Does anyone know how I can get my screenshots into a something that can be used to make a sig??
