1st one: I'm not in favor of the Wireframes going on here. Remove them, they are distracting.
Text is a bit annoying too, You should stroke the text -Text Border.. whatever it is. ._.
The Border are a bit big.. Shrink them a bit?

2nd one: Good, but lacks depth. The C4D on the left [our left] seems off-shape..

Wallpaper: Good for first, can't CnC though..
