Go to layers, masks, layer mask and chose a mask, then go to layers masks, clipping mask.

EDIT: There is no clipping mask there after I choose a mask.

Does it say clipping mask? If not then I don't know. Also do you have GIMP 2.4.2 I only have 2.4.

meh. you use too many renders, not to mention they look squished. and everything looks too choppy

I'm having trouble making vector sigs. I've tried 3 different times, and they've all been too big. How can I make a vector sig that actually fits?

From what I've read, I can't. If you know how to resize downloaded brushes in GIMP, please tell me.

As far as I know, you can't.

Maybe try drawing things yourself?
