Some cool GIMP effects

Well last night I got really bored so I started to mess around with some pics of me and the GIMP effects. Here is my first basic pic

Here is one change I did with an edge effect.

Here is one I did with the soble effect.

This is my favorite one, the cartoon effect.
(I am trying to make this one so its not as black)

This is a different pic I changed.

I would take the redeye out of the pics before editing them.
