I Have MS Paint Thats All And I Was Wondering If Any1 Else Who Makes Sigs Uses MS Paint and If Any1 Knows Of Any MS Paint Sig Tutorials To See If Any Good Sigs Come Out Of MS Paint. I Can Not Make Any Good Sigs With MS Paint if its just me not being able too or uf MS Paint Isnt A Sig Makin Program Some1 Tell mE!

I wouldn't know, but you should download GIMP it's free and almost like photoshop.

you could also download photoscape. its also free but i havnt tryed gimp or photoshop so i dont no if its better or not:blush:
