Good, but download the Visitor Font at Download fonts | dafont.com
and make the text white.
and after you put the text in, on the text layer, click alpha to selection and then stroke the selection with black 1px.

Ok, make the glaze go a bit lower, give it a black 1pix border, make the font Visitor (link in above post, ty bluestrat), make the font colour White and give it a 1pixel black Stroke. If you don't know how to do any of these things, page me. Might wanna tell me what program you're using aswell :\

Much nicer . Now, possibly make the scanlines a little closer together :\. Try to use lighter colours aswell.
