I don't know about epic... I am going to give you some CnC, it may be harsh but oh well...
The epic sig of yours isn't that great, it lacks effects and kind of looks like it was made in paint... The heptagons brushes look good on that sig but the plain circle brushes around her look noobish. The bubbles don't fit at all and the black line thing behind her looks bad, it might look okay if you could tell what it was and it fitted the sig but to me it just looks like scribble. The background color is okay I guess but the gray line to the right looks bad. The text is also okay. I know what style you were going for, but clean it up some.
