I have only one year (a little less then that) untill my Sweet 16!!!! Which means...A Sweet 16 Party!!! My parents have set a $5,000 limit.
I figured I'll spend $1,000 on clothes for it.
$1,000 on decorations.
$1,500 on party favors.
$500 on food.
$1,000 on other.
So far I picked my theme: Pink Carpet.
(Like the red carpet, but PINK!)
My dresses:
dress 1. Is a light pink, mid thigh length skirt, strapless square neckline,...
