Well, the router is using the IP adress for my Wii. So what do I do?

Yeah, because when I called Nintendo a while ago, one of them told me to switch my IP adress to my DSi IP adress. I did and I connected to MKDS online and under a minute, I was already in a race.

Its ok man. At least you helped. I made a thread about it. One said that it could be defective and I should go return it to get a new one. The problem is, I can't find the receipt. =/
